Very cool! I bet it's a good way to get braid waves all the way to the ends as well.
Well, given how thin my hair has gotten and how much yarn is in my house... I need to make these!! I can't quite figure out that knot... if anyone comes up with a "dummies" tutorial for it let me know...

It's been a long colorful journey.

Fun! I will have to give that a try when mine gets longer. Anything that makes my bun look bigger gets my interest!!
These are all very pretty, I love how you used them in your updos I've only ever seen them in a braid. I have a few fancy ones bookmarked that I will buy someday. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks for sharing! I will give it a try. Your hair looks so beautiful.
Wow! I love this! I'm gonna look at the tutorial now!
Awesome! I think I'm going to give this a try. They look nice in your hair.

so far from tailbone!
Oh my goodness, these are so lovely! I might try to make one some time but my hair isn't quite long enough for me to do braided buns very easily so I might hold off a bit. Also I don't have any yarn around the house.

Is there a particular type of yarn that you use? I think I'm going to try this, because my hair's quite fine and sometimes it would be nice to have thicker braids...
WOW!!!! I LOVE it! Thanks for sharing!
