Thank you to Calaelen for parting with this lovely Elymwold spiral hair stick on the swap board. It seems he is no longer making this shape of stick. This one is made from Blackheart Sassafras. Yes, it's long but I like my hairtoys oversized. plenty of room to grow into it.

That looks very pretty, I like it.

Very nice! I don't mind my toys being a little big for two reasons. I have slippery hair, so if my bun loosens or slips a bit, the stick is long enough to keep it up anyways (sometimes). Also, I like to show off not just the bun, but the toy too. That's a really nice style stick.

LOL! The spendy hairtoys aren't allowed in the goat pens. Too much mud, and goats, out there. Acrylic hair sticks are PERFECT, though.

Okay folks today is my birthday and A LOT is going on here so I only have a minute but I have to share the very best gift that I got. I managed to score not one, but two, tiny gothic forks. YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT TWO!!!! I also got a tiny hair stick with a little silver star inside. I shoved one of the tiny forks in my hair so you can see how well it fits and took a picture of the other fork and the stick on my hand so you can see how tiny they are. This birthday girl's dreams just came true. I am the luckiest lass imaginable today!!!!!
