Do you wear glasses?

I wear mine while driving because my driver's license says I have to. I hate wearing glasses, so I don't wear them unless I have to (I can see well enough without them, I just can't read far off writing, like on road signs). The poorness of my eyesight has been the same as long as I can remember, but I didn't get glasses until my DH pushed me to get my vision tested because I complained about the road signs being so small that I can't read what road I'm approaching until it's too late to slow down enough to turn.

ETA: I forgot to mention that I can't wear contacts, due to being allergic to them.

I wear glasses every day. I need them for driving. I'm getting suspicious that I'll end up with either bifocals (ewww) or two pairs or both next time I go for an exam because I'm having trouble with the computer screen now too with glasses on or off. It's time for a checkup anyways because I'm having trouble with some distance stuff with glasses on too. I like the wire rims with wide plastic arms that have some design on them. Glitz is never wrong either.

I actually have never been fitted for contacts because I like how I look with glasses. For me, they're like Mom's necklace that she wears all the time.

I have 5 pairs of specs - two with my most recent prescription. I'm as thick as a plank, so I enjoy when people think I look clever wearing glasses lol My favourite pair are my rimless specs. I can hardly feel them on my face and they're excellent for when I'm at uni/hospital.

I wear contacts (I'm practically blind), but I do have glasses as a backup. They have part metal, part plastic arms and the frames are plastic. They're kind of a slanted oval shape. The lenses are very thick, and they are the "thin" lenses lol.

I don't wear glasses, haven't needed to, but I did find several pairs at a store once that if I had the extra $$$, I would totally get them and wear them around with "fake" lenses! I think they can make a great fashion accessory, and I'd want mine in bright colors and a tad funky but still wearable with anything.

I wear glasses at every moment of the day.
Unless I'm sleeping or showering of course.
They are primarily black, small framed, slightly rounded rectangles. I love my glasses. LOTS!

I'm a glasses wearer. Have been since first grade. The frames I have just now aren't terribly attractive, though. I have eyes with very different strengths (one's 20/400 and the other's 20/60) and it limits my options on picking frames due to the one very thick lens. Throw in the no insurance bit, and I'm limited to the thick plastic frames on the cheap rack. :-/
