I definitely get more than enough! I don't track it religiously, but every now and than I'll add it up just to check. I have a tendency to eat too much protein and complex carbs, but not enough fruits and veggies.... :/

Grow, grow grow........
I don't track it (really I don't know how much I need), but I think I get enough protein in my diet. Not more than enough, but not too little either. At least I hope I'm getting the right amount![]()
C'mon, GROW!

Most people in America get far, far too much.
There is quite a bit of debate going on regarding how much is enough and if the "reccomended" amount might be way overkill. I'm aware but indifferent. I definatly don't get the reccomended amount according to the food pyramid but because I feel fine and have generally very good health (and healthy hair!) I don't see any reason to increase it.
There are two types of people in the world; those who play to win and those who play not to lose.
Being a new vegetarian (since Nov), I watch mine. It may be slightly under the recommended amount- as I learn how to substitute certain things in my diet- but I think I'm fine.
I dont pay much attention, so I might not be regularly getting enough (I'm vegan). I eat a couple handful of almonds everyday though.
I eat several cups of leafy greens each day, so I probably get more than enough just from that. I also eat nuts, seeds, and legumes each day on top of that (including chia seeds, and I can't think of anything on earth with more protein than those), so even though I don't measure how much I'm getting, I know I'm good. I actually sometimes worry that I get too much, because a high-protein diet isn't especially healthy :/

I'm on a ketogenic diet, and because of that, I religiously track my fats/proteins/carbs. I get what I should based on what I need, and that's good enough for me.
When I was on a low-calorie diet, I definitely did NOT get enough protein. Most of my calories were carbs... ;_;

Protein is pretty much a non issue. Most people get way more than what they need.
Trying to get back to this <3
