    I'm sure I get plenty.

    Hurray! I've reached waist-land! Last trim 1-2-23.

I've been doing collagen loading since October of last year. At least 30g of collagen peptide a day along with MSM and multivitamins on top of various fruit and vegetables, eggs, dairy, meat, fish, animal skin, and bone broth. You can never have too much protein... well, if I fart too much, that's a sign that I'm not digesting protein well, so I try not to consume all of them in one go, 2-3 small portions a day is pretty good.
Also I consume at least 2.5L of water everyday, so my bowel movements are very regular

I don’t track anything I eat, other than trying to make sure I eat vegetables or drink a green juice at every meal. I probably get enough protein.

I'm a vegetarian and I lift weights so I am aware and almost obsessed with getting enough protein. I don't use anything to track my intake currently, as I pretty much know how much I need to eat to meet the requirement and I eat a lot of the same things so it's easy to keep track.

I'm very aware that I do not eat enough protein but some days I barely have the energy to eat, never mind eat healthy foods.

    My intentions are good though!

Oh, hon ) : I'm in the same boat and it sucks so much.

The RD called me out (again) for not eating enough in general and protein in particular last week, and one thing she suggested was dry collagen added to tea/coffee. She recommended me a hopefully easy-on-the-stomach brand that I'll try and get when I do my grocery shop later today. I'm hopeful, given that one of the things that I can usually convince myself to eat is rice cooked with beef feet (AKA slightly laborious homemade collagen, lol).

We don't need as much protein as people think in our diets, and as Kaiakai noted above most people get more than they need. I get more than enough protein by consuming beans, spirulina, tempeh, tofu, etc.
