Do you smoke?

Well I'm sure smoking must affect hair growth/health to some degree, altho exwecise, eating habits, stress relief tools, and general hair care are so important! I'm curious tho how many smokers there are here...

No, I don't. The smell gives me a massive headache and the negatives completely outweigh the benefits, in my eyes.

My parents didn't smoke, and I think people my age generally have it ingrained into our heads that smoking is bad. I just never had any desire, but I can see why some people do it.

I don't smoke, and I dislike going to clubs and getting the smell in my hair.

When I was in college I did puff a cigarette a couple of times out of curiosity. Didn't do anything for me.

ETA: I do like the smell of tobacco, though. Not smoke, but tobacco leaves. Maybe it's from growing up in Virginia?

I smoked for more years than I care to think about but I quit 3 months 28 days ago with a pink e cigarette and have not had a real cigarette since.

I don't smoke, nor have I ever. My Grandmother smokes and it's really taken a toll on her health and over-all appearance. I don't blame older people for being addicted to smoking cigarettes though. Back in the day there were basically no known health concerns related to smoking . But I think it's rather foolish for the younger generations to take up smoking considering the health risks are now very well-known. Some young people that I know do it to seem "edgy". .

But.. I'm cheap and then they quit making my brand too..so I quit.

I've never smoked. I have a family member who has a severe allergy to smoke, so we aren't around it at all. No barbeques or campfires, even.

No, never ever ever even one puff. Watching my grandmother suck down a carton of Winstons a week as a child cured me of it forever.
