I love that it works. And if it stops working, clarify once in a while, because for some it can start weighing hair down with continued use & no clarifying.

Between the protein and my new conditioner, my hair looks a lot better! It also has much more of a wave pattern. It's a bit straighter on one side because of the way I pulled the hair to the front. I usually use a wide tooth comb which leaves it practically straight, with a curve at the end. Anyway, what would you call it.?

ps My new conditioner is Seaweed Bath Company Moisturizing Unscented Argan Conditioner.

I added this photo, taken after hair was fully dry and finger combed.

Kind of hard to tell, a photo from the back is often best for 'reading' an overall wave pattern. But if the 2nd picture is representative of it, I'd be inclined to say 2c. The first picture shows a range from 2a to 2c. So ... I don't know. If you've not touched it yet, are you able to get a back photo (even in a mirror would do)?
Length goal well and truly met, now just seeing how it grows ...
Picky scalp but easygoing hair, thank goodness

I've always called my hair 2a; do you all agree?
I'm not an expert, just wanted to add how beautiful your hair is! That being said, those waves look like braid waves to me as well.

Kind of hard to tell. A picture from the back would be much easier to "read".

    My guess would be 2a/b.

Thanks Lapushka and MusicalSpoons. This photo was taken when fully dry, then finger combed. It's probably not much help. I'll try for a new pic next time I wash my hair. The straighter area on the left side is where I handled my hair while wet. I suspect that the same is true on the right side.

You have to take it without finger combing/detangling post wash, pre wash I believe you are allowed to detangle
