Length certainly matters to me, but the condition is very important as well.
If the condition of my hair is bad I feel bad about my hair.
I just hope to reach classic with healthy ends.
May 12th 2012, virgin hair back!
    chin, shoulder,apl,bsl,waist, hip,tailbone, classic.
Hip length expected in January 2016.

I think condition is more important because I don't see the point of having a lot of length of really damaged, dry, abused, etc. hair.

while I'm not crazy about my thin ends they are not in bad condition at the moment cause of recent monthly trims. so I'm gonna say length matters at least until I have to trim again

It's so hard to get my hair to lay straight

I voted condition, but I do think you can have healthy fairytale ends. A blunt hemline doesn't equal healthy hair, necessarily.

Having hair in great condition makes it look amazing at any lenght.
I've stayed at BSL for a year now because I wanted to improve the condition of my ends before I moved ahead to waist territory. It has been hard, but I think the results are worth it

Definitely condition. I wouldn't grow my hair long unless I knew I could keep my hair in good condition. And last time I had damaged long hair, I ended up cutting it shorter out of frustration, so good condition is definitely a prerequisite to length for me.

ultimately, condition matters most to me. I get a half inch cut every three or four months just to keep my end nice. I really detest split nasty ends, especially on me.

Condition. Proof being I just got my nasty waist length ends cut off. Glad I did it. But sad I'm no longer at waist
