Definitely condition. I used to work with a woman who had the most beautiful natural red hair color. She was TBL, but from the waist down it was dried, ragged split ends. The rest of it was so pretty that the ends used to drive me crazy!
I actually saw her recently and he had cut most of it off into a bob.

Ultimately condition, but in reality I wouldn't want to pick between the two. Who would?

Condition is more important to me. I'm not going to enjoy my hair if the ends are ratty. So I like to keep my ends even with a little trim, just to fix the longest fairytale ends. It just feels so much better to me. Wasting product on super thin, uneven ends drives me insane.

So how can I even attempt to answer this question? lol

In 2020, I'm prioritising length. I'm in full growth mode this year, doing just two microtrims along the way. In 2021 and onwards, I'll be maintaining and chopping off damage, so prioritising condition.

I've always been condition over length which contributed to my frequent trimming. Now that I'm trying to grow long I'm refraining from trimming but if my hair gets really damaged I know I will choose the condition over the length. But hopefully it stays healthy so I wont need to worry!

Condition. I'd rather it be sort of short and in good shape than long, stringy, and ratty looking.
