Wow. I half pity, and half envy that situation.
But anyway, all I can tell you is TUCKED IN FRENCH BRAID LIEKWHOA.
Or a secured bun.
Or a french braid secured in a bun.
Anything that is REALLY strong holding and out of the way should work.
I am in intense physical therapy due to a knee injury, and today as I was doing some work on the Total Gym, my hair got caught and all tangled in a mechanism (thats about as technical as I can get, the total gym baffles me)! I had it up in a ponytail, but it made me realize how long and dangerous my ponytail is. I was really worried, not to mention trapped, but I managed to free myself and do no damage to my hair.
Does anyone have any ideas for safer workout hair styles?
Has anyone else gotten trapped and tangled in anything?
It was amusing because I am probably the youngest person attending therapy, and I was surrounded by worried seniors.

You poor thing!!! I hope your knee gets better!!! Yeouch! As for your hair... I'd say maybe a french braid tucked under? Or some kind of a bun?
Ah yes, my hair used to get caught up in any number of contraptions. Just check where I worked many many years ago. Unless they got a new copier, all their copies sport a few strands of my hair caught up in the machinery. My hair is so rarely loose these days, that these types of accidents are rare, indeed.

A buff is a great protector of hair. It can be used to hold all your hair. My daughter who is a rock climber wears one in her long hair. It looks nice too.
