My favorite is the color of my hair - it makes me so happy. After that it's the shine and strength of my hair. But I'm starting to occasionally get split ends since I haven't gotten a trim in over 8 months...

I like how soft my hair is, even when the curls aren't working or it isn't looking as thick as I'd like it almost always feels lovely

Me too! Only thing that has ever really damaged my hair was perming it. I don't do that anymore.

    I *love* my hair pattern.

I can brush it and oil it and it goes in big loose waves; light oiling + air-dried or damp-bunned produces loose coils with spirals at the ends, and any actual curling methods produces long-lasting, enthusiastic corkscrews.

So variable. I can't always get it to do what I want at the time, but I'm never bored with my hair.

It's also pretty shiny and soft, and very strong as well - it stood up to regular colouring with what I assume was high-peroxide dye (it was a "lightening colour") with zero damage and split ends (I have had a small trim since I stopped dying, but that was to remove my layers. Stupid layers!)

I am switching to henna because I'm thinking, well, after 6 years of monthly peroxide, will it be that healthy? Because I don't want to *stay* there - I'll probably end up maintaining around tailbone or classic - but I'd really love to find out what my terminal length is. And no matter how strong my hair is or how Religiously I coconut oil pre-dye, I'd really do much better putting something actively helpful (henna) on it.

Can I have waist length hair for Christmas?

I'm really starting to enjoy my texture. Who knew my hair could do lovely corkscrew curls if left to its own devices?

I love my softness, texture, shine, and volume... but my favorite thing is the fact I have VERY LITTLE taper. I can braid my hair and it's the same thickness all the way down. My hair was NEVER like that before LHC, so I think that is why I'm so proud of that!

And I'm starting to like the color. I'm about 5 inches into virgin color, first time I've seen it in 10+ years. It's kinda growing on me! (haha... pun intended)
    Straightened.

this was a hard one, I went for softness but I also quite like the strength, shine and the volume ^^
I think it is a combination of those who make me love my hair.

The strength of my hair is the reason that it's soft and shiny, so I picked strength. I love that I don't have to worry about damaging my hair with everyday activities. It's even fairly dye resistant.
