Yay for this thread! I'm thinking about placing a custom order at this store and have been in discussion with Rich. What I can't decide is what type of hair stick to get. I definitely am going for 6.5" in length, but not sure between regular or something thicker or maybe even the twisted variety. For those of you who've had experience with the different types, what's the functional differences between them? i.e. Do the thicker sticks like Ovals and Mini Ovals hold hair better than the regular sticks, do the twisted ones hold better? Or are they mainly just an aesthetic differences?

They arrived today!!

@Gin: I only have ONN smooth regular sticks. They hold very well.
I don't have any of the ovals or twists (I didn't know he did twists!)

I have his mini ovals and I love them my hair holds very well with the rounds and mini ovals. I never tried oval or twisty but twisty will be my next one

Wow - thanks y'all for the introduction to Outnumbered Novelties! My hair isn't even anywhere long enough for sticks yet, this time round (I had it cut into a pixie from somewhere around tailbone-classic length a few years ago. Now starting the growing process again) But these ONN ones are so beautiful I'm going to start a collection right away in anticipation of reaching the length I can use them!
