Wow Finda, that fork is gorgeous! It goes perfectly with your hair too!
Got a new custom. Since our discussion about faded colors I've switched to natural woods and I love the grain of this macassar ebony one.

Thanks Finda! It's just a bunned herringbone braid but it turned out nicely![]()
I love darker brown woods too, especially when they have a great grain like yours.
I just received my custom, which actually looks quite similar to Finda's. 5.5" Amie in Bolivian Rosewood.
Not the prettiest bun I've ever done but you get the idea!

That's a nice looking fork, Zesty. I like the spacing of the tines too. Before joining here, I made an impulse buy of a fork elsewhere and didn't consider how the spacing would affect its use. They're too close together and it makes it hard to insert. Live and learn and pass it on.

Gorgeous fork, Zesty! The grain goes so nicely with the bumpy topper.
I was lucky enough to get a used 60th Street off the German Ebay (I think it's Bolivian rosewood too, not sure) for a great price. They are soso expensive but definitely worth the price. I see why people are obsessed with them.
Fiinda and Zesty, your new forks are so lovely!
Sigrid congrats on scoring one off ebay! I looove ebay haha.
SandyBottom, for sure, spacing between tines can make such a difference, it took a few different tries for me too to decide I like wider ones.
Much love to all my fellow long hair peoples!
