    Default hair classification system?

What is my hair? 1b, 1c? I just joined here so this is a little confusing to me. Thank you so much for the help
I just brushed my hair out with a BBB and oiled the ends.

I would say 2a unbrushed. 1b is straighter than that.. IMO

It looks like a 1b/c to me. Its tough when the top half is very 1bish, the middle is wavy like 2b and the hemline is pretty straight. I guess if you averaged that it would come out to about a 1c.

Take a picture where you've washed your hair & let it air dry with no manipulation (or as little as possible). I think you're a 1c, possibly even 2a. You have distinct waves.

I'd say that your hair might be 2a if you don't touch it after washing. Even with brushed-out hair, there is a visible wave pattern in there. It looks too wavy to be 1b/1c.
