Younger me needed a lot of advice and help about hair! Other then just the practical stuff I wish I had known that my hair issues could be solved with length and by learning styles.

It's just hair. It'll (most likely) grow back.

Remember to eat more. Your hair won't grow if it doesn't have enough nutrients.

Remember to brush with BBB at least once a day, to spread the oils through the full length.

REMEMBER to get a trim regularly. It's no good trying to grow out your hair if you forget the trims and have to cut off a heap because it's full of split ends.

Oils your ends everyday day. Conditioner leave ins are not enough!

Stop ripping a brush through your hair when it's wet!

And don't feel bad when your "friends" tell you to cut it, it looks fine.

Wear your hair up, instead of leaving it down everyday and then complaining about how there is so much damage.

Just go back to shampooing, that's the only way to save your poor scalp.

Don’t let your step mom touch your hair even though she’s a hairdresser. You hair will never grow because she is scissor happy. Stay away from hair dye because your natural color won’t be the same once you give it up.

To me in highschool: You don't have to stretch washes if it makes you miserable. You can let it down, too, it's not the end of the world...

To me in 2017: You're not actually too disabled for long hair, you're just smoking too much mj and it's taking away all your motivation to do anything, and ironically making you hurt more!

Broken ends never retain the length of your hair and always cut off damaged hair ! Also no bleach or heat tools!!
