Ack, seems I've posted to the wrong thread, though. Maybe someone can assist me anyway?

Some images are hosted in people's albums on LHC. This thread explains when you'll be able to see albums. You should already see images that are hosted at external sites like Photobucket.

    OK, I've got a question.

In the left-most column of the forum when you're viewing the list of threads, for active threads, there's a little bubble. It's generally gray, blue, red, or yellow, and it gets a little dot in the center if you have posted in that thread.

    What do the colors indicate?

ETA: Nevermind. Theres a key at the bottom to make me feel dumb. Which of course, I noticed immediately after asking.
Still, what differentiates the heat of a thread?

Definitely not a set answer, but I'd assume traffic volume. High traffic on a hot thread, a normal thread maybe one new post.

I think you'll find all of your questions answered in the first two threads on the "NEW? START HERE!" board.

How do you subscribe to threads here? Is there a way to set threads to which you post to auto-subscribe? (Sorry if this has been asked before, I'm moving kind of quickly and don't have time to read through a ton of posts right now.)

To autosubscribe to threads you post in, go User CP > Settings and Options > Edit Options (here: http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/...do=editoptions).

To subscribe to an individual thread, click 'thread tools' at the top of any page on a thread, and then 'subscribe to thread'.
