You cant see very well in the pic but hes put some ripples into the shaft aswell for better hold.

Pixna, you seriously need to start saving up for a camera, even a cheap ass one. Think about it this way - it will help keep you on the hair toy wagon and at the same time let all of us admire your pretties!

Yeah, I know. But it's just not on my husband's radar screen. I have a little "pin" money, but that's for, well, hair pins. I don't have a camera fund. However, if anyone would like to contribute ...

Do you mean the OP's bun? I think it's a Lazy Wrap (I could be wrong though. I'm not very bun savvy but it's one of the few ones I can do)!

Ooops! I totally missed the question asking about the bun. Sorry!

It's actually a pencil bun, and my #1 go-to bun. It's just so easy, it holds pretty well, and I can do it with only one stick in my thick hair. I watched a video on YouTube of a pencil bun, then kind of adapted it to work for my hair. I can also do a lazy wrap, but it looks just slightly different from this one.

I agree there is a sad lack of pictures here. I posted mine... where is everyone else?!
