Long hair sighting thread!

As I was being checked out at Wally World today I noticed the cashier's hair was in a high pony tail and braided, and the ends were still hip length. I bet it's classic when it's down.

When I lived on my old college campus, there was this woman I'd guess was in her 70s who I saw a few times down by the grocery store. She wore her hair in a braid that came down to her knees, and she always seemed to be wearing sundresses. When I saw her, I always thought, "Yes—that is the kind of old woman I want to be."

Last night I saw a band, their violinist had hip length and beautiful, unusually great condition hair. Just looked them up on YouTube and yep, she’s been maintaining near hip for at least 4 years.
She danced around for the whole set and her hair (which was down) remained looking perfect.

Went to Zupas for some food and saw a worker with thick, BSL, healthy virgin hair in an English braid. It was secured by a scrunchie. Some people might think it was simple but I thought it was so pretty!

Wow, you are so lucky to have seen someone with hip length hair recently!

I had a friend in high school that had hip length 30 years ago, and I don't know where to look her up to see if she is still maintaining to at hip length or not. Or, to even just see her.

I do believe I saw an LHC member in Marshalls today on Long Island, wearing an obviously large bun with a claw clip on each side. Ive never seen that method of holding a bun save for here. Perhaps it's wishful thinking but I thought it was pretty darn cool!!

On a train there was this a bit older woman with an amazing thick braid twisted and fastened around her crown (a milkmaid's style?). It was a joy to see such an unusual style for a Finnish older lady, I felt happy for her.
