Before I joined LHC, it was every other day.
Now, for some reason I am able to wash my hair on the third day.

Depends on how recently I had my highlights done. Right now I don't have much re-growth so I'm on two weeks, but this will slowly drop down to once every six days.

It depends on the amount of oil in my hair, same as Svenja, usually it's twice a week.

I actually prefer washing my hair (CO) every day. But due to my current living situation, I am washing every 3-4 days. So, I can go that long.

I wash my scalp area about once a week, unless I get really sweaty in a workout.
