I'm trying to go for longer than my usual every other day. I'm on Day 3 now, so I will wash today or tomorrow, and gently (since I just had a hair mishap).

I usually wash mine once every three days, but I might do some conditioning treatments on the off days.

I wash my hair about every three days. I sometimes have to wash it more often if I have been to the beach or gotten really sweaty, but if my days are normal three days is good for my hair. After three days I have trouble with it looking limp.

Average is probably once every three days for me. I always go longer if I can, and sometimes I have to wash it every other day.

I try for twice a week, some weeks I wash 3 times.

I third twice a week
It's either that or every 3 days, but I try to stretch it through the weekend.
