But I don't know. Hair science is difficult. Especially because you rarely use only one product when you wash and condition your hair. This time before vinegar I washed my hair with oil-shampoo (shampoo and coconut oil mixed), so in theory the greasiness could have been oil build-up. But. That has never happened before on this scale and it feels hard to believe. Another story is that I kept that oil-shampoo a longer time in my hair this time... I cleaned the bathroom to party condition while waiting) Hmmm... 🤔 ) And I just read that white vinegar often is made on synthetic alcohol derived from petroleum. I don't know if that might have some effect to high concentration of vinegar. Petroleum sounds like oil to my ear... 🤔 I guess that's why you can get white vinegar so cheap. And I always buy cheap...

Edit. I just remembered, that coconut oil might get hardened in your hair if you wait too long and the temperature in bathroom is not very high. And then I think it's harder to rinse away. So maybe it anyway was the coconut oil making my hair greasy. Further investigations needed! So many variables here... Time of effect, time of rinsing, heat of bathroom, heat of rinse water, the oil type, the build up you already have in your hair reacting with the ingredients you now are using, the water-vinegar ratio....
