Ktani do you rinse out the catnip tea with water or just leave it as a final catnip rinse.

Sorry forgot I use Ayurveda herbs and just leave them on for two or three hours, then rinse out with distilled water and that is it.

I always rinse catnip out. Here is the Catnip Article, http://forums.longhaircommunity.com/...&articleid=118, with my details.

Well,Catnip works better than any conditioner I've ever used! And it's just a plant.I love the idea of using a hreb instead of conditioner. And I'v recently realised that it grows all over the place here.So...will go and pick some to dry for the winter.

By the way, rinsed out it's better.
It's a bit sticky left in..hair tangles more.

Yes, catnip is surprising! I never have liked it left in either and for me, it has reduced my shedding, helped increase my growth rate, as well as strenthened my hair, prevents split ends, and reduced breakage (my breakage is from mechanical damage but it is less with catnip because my hair is stronger). I love it!

ETA: Ooops, forgot one. Catnip is a natural blonde hair colour for me. It stains my grey/white hair.

    Oh, I love catnip! <3

Theres no better herb for my hair. Especially in combination with other herbs like rosemary, stevia and peppermint it's working way better than any conditioner. I just make tea out of this herbs and rinse my hair with that, after it cooled down of course.
In combination with coconutoil it's a great warm hair treatment.

It smoothes and strengthens them the same time!
