Thank you everyone for the kind comments, it's really made my day! I've been down about how thin the lower half of my hair is lately and always hesitate to share pics because of it. This is such an awesome and supportive community!

I think the braid looks great and the ends don't look that thin to me either. I have very tapered ends and when I braid down to the bitter end their's hardly anything left to see

I also found out that with a thin rubber / elastic tie the tassel looks less pronounced than with a regular sized hair tie.

In all honesty, I'm a bit frustrated with my hair at the moment, especially with the ends, but oh well - trying to keep it out of sight for a bit.

Haa! Moonsista that is such a cool plait! I’d love to be ale to do that style.. clever how it goes from the twin to single braid. Your ends look good
