lithostoic, wow! Your second braid is so much neater. It looks beautiful! Your hair looks longer to me in the second one, too.

Dona, oh my goodness, your hair is perfect. Beautiful braids!

I did a sort of french braid today!

    I've followed this tutorial:
    https://youtu.be/OsmhDWJGnvI?t=2m5s
It's not a normal french braid, because you just take locks from the front of the hair, not the entire section, and it's very loose. I really like this style!

I really abused my hair to do this today. Curling iron, hairspray, teasing... My hair is so tangled and I'm pretty sure I've broken a lot of hair :S But it's our constitutional day today and I wanted my hair to be extra special. My ends was more curled earlier today XD (and I've changed clothes, I didn't wear that top out lol). Def a hairstyle I'm gonna do again though, it doesn't need the curling and stuff to look good!

Loving everyone's braids - serious skills here! I love coming to this thread when I'm getting bored with my hairstyles. I can guarantee I will learn about a new braid (it's the four-strand box braid that's next on my to-try list now!). I've just trimmed an inch or so of my straggly ends, so I feel I can braid again without ending up with tangles
