im sorry if there is an older thread on this, but i'm wondering if the time when you take your supplements actually matters?i've heard some people say it's best to be taken before bed but i dont know.

One hair growth capsule in the morning and one before going to bed. At night I also take my multivitamins and fish oil capsules.
I don't have a specific time. I just try to remember to take it immediately after eating a meal.
I try to take my hair vitamins in the afternoon but always forget. So, I usually take them right before dinner when I take my other meds.

When I remember!
Usually first thing in the morning though.
I voted "other" as I take mine both after breakfast and before going to bed. Some of my meds shouldn't be mixed with some of my vitamins so I split them up.

I just take fish oil, and sometimes a multivitamin, after lunch because it's usually my biggest meal of the day. If I take any sort of supplement with too little/no food, I end up feeling sick. P:
I take Spirulina in the morning (6 tablets), because that's what my dr recommended (i take them mainly or fatigue, better hair growth would just be a nice extra).
I also take brewers yeast and kelp+lecithin tablets. The problem is I need to take 9 of each daily. I try to take 4 at noon and then another 4 of each at night, but sometimes I forget so I just take about 8 all at once.
I'm not sure whether that's really effective though?
I take them before bed because that's when I take my BC pill, and I never forget that.
Finally at knee, with a new quest for thick ends!
