My nails are very strong and grow ultra fast- it's kind of annoying, actually. My hair is rather thick, but it doesn't grow very fast, although I've never measured exactly.

I voted I have fine hair but strong nails, although I also have strong hair (considering the routines I put it through). My nails grow fast but my hair grows at average speed.

I wonder if the difference causing my hair to be slower could be caused from daily washing & blowdrying... could be time for a little experiment...

I have a a lot of hair and it's medium thick, but my nails are thin and flexible. Of course, I do a lot of dishes and wash my hands frequently, so that my contribute to softer nails. Both my hair and nails grow very fast.

I heard somewhere that the longer your fingers the faster your nails grow, but that sounds like a myth to me.

My nails grow fast and are quite strong. My virgin hair is fine but thick and grows pretty quickly.

Very thick hair and rubbery/thin yet unbreakable nails, which grow extremely fast. My hair grows 1 - 1.5 inches per month, but I've never taken growth measurements of my nails.

My nails grow (way too) fast and are strong.
My hair usually grows faster than average (2cm/month) and has medium thickness.

My hair grows like a weed, and my nail growth is quite healthy. However, my nails break a lot because my hands are always in water (swimming, washing dishes, etc.). Not that I really care (about my nails, that is) .....
Note to self: Master my hair, do not let my hair master me.

I have fine hair that used to grow fast but not since I turned 50, and somewhat weak nails that are stronger than they used to be and have always grown very fast.

Used to have medium thick, fast-growing curly hair. After menopause, I have thinner, very slow-growing, somewhat curly hair. My nails currently are very sturdy with a brittle aspect. They're difficult to break, but when they do, they snap off like glass. Weird.
