I have had one 3 prong swap Quattro for a while. But he was lonely. So I just splurged.
And now a lovely blue moon stone is mine!
Thank you, Fern and xanthochromia!

Going for terminal, but also enjoying wearing my hair down and curly.
I'm thinking of buying a pair of basic sticks sometime in the future. On the shoppage I've seen them in titanium and surgical stainless. Is there anyone here who can explain to me the difference in looks, weight or durability depending on the material?
Just found this fork second hand. It's extremely light, flexible and it makes every bun super stable.
The material wasn't listed, but I think it's probably aluminium.
Finda, yep, that is why I love it, very lightweight, no tension, which I do get with wood due to the bulk, I guess. Acrylics are better than wood, but nothing beats this. It's so nice & thin, I think that's what does it too!
Very nice!
lapushka Thanks Yes, the fork weighs basically nothing. I think what makes the buns also so stable is the flexibility of the tines. While inserting I can press them together, and then, when I let go, the tines recoil and hold everything in place.
Very pretty on you, Finda!
I haven't worn my Quattro in a while. Just because when I do, I fall into a habit of wearing it all the time because it's so foolproof and goes with everything and then none of my other hair toys get to be worn!
Hair is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans.
My not-usually-hair-related blog is at www.thecoffeelessmom.wordpress.com
Hahaha yes I have noticed this as well even though I don’t have very many toys at all. My Quattro is just so great and fine if I get wet, won’t break if I fall asleep in it, is basically indestructible if I take it out and roll over it in bed/if my child decides to throw it across the room, etc.
At my goal length of Classic after 2.5 years here at the LHC.
(still growing though lol)
