Upload of file failed

I've tried now for two days to upload pictures to my hair pics album. . It says Upload of file failed. Any ideas?

It could be that the picture is too large. Try making it smaller, and try again.

I have the same problem.
My pictures are not too big (360x480) and less than 40KB each.
Could you help me?

I'm having the same problem today. Had no problem yesterday with same size pic (off my webcam)

...before that it says...something, something... failed to open stream. No such file or directory...something, something...

This is the error message I get when I try to upload pics. Tried different pics. Same error.
