'Title' Trouble

I'm having trouble changing my 'title' or 'sub-name' from 'member' to KitchenWitch. I've gone to my UserCP and gone through all the steps, but no luck.

I reached 1000 posts yesterday but I don't yet have the added privileges. Tried logging out and back in several times. Any ideas?

Well, I know with the old LHC, we sometimes had to wait for the system to "reset" or somesuch, so perhaps it is just a matter of a little time... perhaps....?

Sometimes it takes a little longer for new privileges to kick in, if memory serves. Though I don't have any real advice on how to fix it, sorry...

Go to the Quick Links menu up at the top of the screen.. Click Edit Your Details.. Scroll down to the second big gray box on the page and you should see Custom User Title there.. Type in what you want and save it! HTH!

I had trouble with this first off, because I thought I had to tick the box to ask it to reset. It turns out (as I understand it) that asking it to reset automatically deleted my brand new, unused title.

In a nutshell - leave the Reset button unticked!
