    Thanks for linking!

I had a silver border back in the day but sold it. I sure like the look of the green one. If I ever have money again...

If I recall, the blue jean border was absurdly popular. Wouldn't mind one of those either.

(I once explained to my husband that I have way too much historical knowledge of LHC trends and hair toy makers. When I provided examples he just blinked at me. I guess I've been around a while...)

Zesty, funny, I get the same response from my husband when I equate his guitar collection to my hair toy collection and the LHC history that goes with it

I may sit this release out. I'm rather content with my ficcare family. The only thing I really feel is missing from it (and would drop big bucks for) is a paua on silver. Thankfully for my wallet it's something they've yet to create and I haven't found the nerve to mod.

Though that may change once I see them in action so it's probably wise to start squirreling away a little just-in-case money...

I only have one large clip so my brain thinks I should buy a few more (my wallet disagrees). I've been wanting a gold blossom too, so maybe I can get that and a blue jeans at the same time (ha ha).

I have a bunch of borders from the original collections - they were always my favorites, when everyone at that time was swooning over the lotus ones (loti? Lotuses? ). I have halved my collection and need to more than half it again though - I'm only keeping my very favorites, because in reality - they are the ones I wear 90 percent of the time. I just have to get the energy and time to do something about the others!

And it's not a problem with my wimpy hair - but the springs on the newer collections are definitely not as strong (at least the ones I've purchased).

I can’t wait for the new borders, they are my favorite ficcare clip and hard to come by. I am really excited to see this!

I mentioned wanting a Ficcare to my mother-in-law and she said "if there's anything you want just send me a link I'll get it for Christmas!" which is lovely of her but she's very frugal and I would be horrified for her to know how much a large clip costs.

I'm excited to see the new borders. I haven't jumped head in with Ficcare clips unlike some other hair toys but I am really considering one now and wanted to know if anyone knows the difference between:
Maximas Pearlized Caramel (from ficcare's website) &
    Maximas Silky Caramel (from Nordstrom)

They look awfully similar to me and I cant find any links (old or new) about Maximas Silky Caramel. Starting to wonder if Nordstrom mislabeled it...

I believe they are the real deal; I have a few clips from Nordstrom and they have the Ficcare stamp.
Some I got on sale and the shipping was free; not sure how costs measure up these days.
Very pretty clips to choose from BerrySara
