It's a shame that so many pictures are gone! It helps to see pictures of someone with similar hair color. I also hope people still posted more pictures. There is none of the new pearlized colors for example! I'm sure someone here has bought them! The Hunter green looks great..

Noo, please don't go back! You need to come out and play more : That Turquoise looks very nice and bright in the photo But what is the butterfly on silver?

I also love the blues and greens and blue is my most worn color. That may be because green in my shades (Bright Spring) is not so easy to find, whereas blue is more easily available. But, as I also love nearly all other colors, it's super difficult to choose! I think I would rather have more color choices than more choices within one color group.. And the glitteries take up a big chunk already.

I don't really know, saw a picture of one a long time ago. It's just like it sounds a silver ficcare with a butterfly on top of it, I believe it even had dangly bits on it. I swear I saved a picture but it is probably on my old computer.

I'm not that hip to all the ficcare lore, I think it might of been a fakkare or a mod? If I find the pic I'll link it.

I tried to make a list and limiting it to 12 was incredibly difficult. I think I would need 24

But here I go:

-Primavera Tortoise Glittery
-Diamond Antique silver Turquoise
-Superstar Gold
-Acetate Modern Horn
-Chevron Green
-Primavera Green
-Old Dark Amethyst Lotus
-Lotus Jewel Emerald or Royal Blue
-Border Burgundy Jewel on Gold
-Ficcarissimo Turquoise, or Border Maximas in similar bright blue
-Border in a neutral color like Ivory or Tigereye
-Border or Multistripe in a bright yellow

But that leaves out pink and orange, no good! And so few blue shades, no good! And I absolutely would need at least one pair of mini maximas, preferably a pair in gold and in silver!

12 is simply too few! I would also like

-Primavera Tangerine
-Multistripe creme
-Gold Jewel Lotus
-Lotus Brites Pink
-Aqua Lotus
-Superstar Silver
-Diamond Olivine or AB

I hope I won't ever need to double up, but if that were the case, I'd want all the Lotuses to have a matching Border, and so that pretty much every clip would have a "pair".

Such a specific list! I would never remember the name for all those colors. I had to look up what the names are for the ones I have. And I still forget what my second one is, lol. I just know I gravitate to the blue/greens but I do love most of the colors too. Purples, gold, and yellow are a hard no, well most of the time, I have a few toys that violate that rule. :looks over at said violators: Hmm, I don't have enough oranges.

I think I could do a top 3, but more would completely overwhelm me. Sooo:
1. Lotus Jewel Emerald, gold
2. Lotus Jewel Opal, gold
3. Border Jewel Emerald, gold

No surprises here. Maybe it'll change in the future, but I just love green so much.


Love my Turquoise Lotus Jewel too btw. and it is super hard to take good pictures of it, comes out neon if there is the tiniest bit of sunlight present.

Question I thought that the jewels were the clips that have a translucent paint on them, so is your turquoise translucent? If so that must be real pretty. I believe my lotus is a silky? I'm not hip to all the proper terms.

Yes, it's a Jewel one so the paint is translucent. It's gorgeous. Not that I dislike the Gilky ones, but the Jewel finish is very elegant and especially pretty in natural lighting.
I even still have an action shot of it - from maybe 2012.

I finally updated my phone and e-mail after I could no longer send pics from my phone.. So now I can show my super beautiful clips from wendyg

Here is the Silver Turquoise Diamond, size M. I can wear it well, which I'm so happy about!!! It was missing three crystals and I was able to buy replacements from Etsy, though they turned out to be smaller than what the originals have been (it seems this clips has three different sizes of crystals, at least to my eyes) but since the shipping cost was so high I decided to use them anyway and not order new ones, but you really don't notice it, it helps that the clip has those small crystals elsewhere.

I love this so much, it's special but not glitzy-fancy, it goes so well with my western style belt with turquoise stones, and with my denim dresses, and just many things! It goes super well with red clothes also!



And here is the Primavera Tortoise glittery, size Large. It is dreamy! Just perfect. And this goes with everything! I will post two pics, in the other the coloring is warmer, but it looks so nice when my hair looks ashier too!





And finally, here is the gold leaf superclip, size L, that I ordered from the Ficcare sale a while ago. I'm thinking of putting this one in my bag to keep with me, in case I'm wearing my hair down and want to put it up. Golden clip will go with everything. I have only worn this once so far. I think I could feel it in my head a little bit more, maybe because the curve is different. I need to play around with it a little more. I do like how the shape looks and the gold leaf is subtle and pretty.

This is the first time I've seen a dark green pearlized Ficcare Maximas. In the old collections, jade was pearlized, true greens were silky, and the emerald colors were jewels. This new one is lovely!

I'm going to treat myself for graduating uni, and get a Ficcare maximas hammered or gold leaf. Should I get S or M size? My hair is very thin and fine and my entire bun is like a small mandarin.
