A few years ago they were easily worth $100 or more. Now there seems to be less interest in old Ficcares they sell for similar prices to new ones. It's a supply and demand thing I suppose.

I do think the glittery ones can still be worth a lot (like $200+), especially if they're in perfect condition. Some of these clips would be nearly 20 years old and would have chipped or tarnished even if not worn.
Any time Ficcare release a new collection similar to old ones I think the demand for old ones (say, lotus, primavera or border) decreases. People would rather have a brand new one I suppose.
Oh and Joliebaby you don't have to defend your hairtoy collection. We're all in the same boat here. I wish I have easy access to Ficcares.

Being in Canada makes it easier (or more difficult) to control hairtoy spending. Nobody sells them here and I don't want to pay customs for them.
