i'm not a big fan of sparkly hair toys, but that superstar gold looks amazing in your hair.

Thanks Bene! My husband bought it for me after my recent hip surgery because it matches my wedding ring. It makes me happy every time I wear it, although it's admittedly not as often as I wear my matte silver one. It seems very formal, and I don't have a whole lot of formal occasions.

Mini-Maximas in Masterpiece Brown! $34 seemed like a lot for just a couple little clips, but just like my other Ficcares, they are awesome. They are more like a beak clip, however, so I'm not sure why they branded them mini versions of the Maxima clip.

Pardon my cruddy pictures, but the first one gives a good sense of size/scale, whereas the second is truer to color. I provided the profile in the third because Ficcare chose not to show them from the side...:

I'm with you, ReddishRocks--I recently discovered the mini maximas and I love them. I have 6 of them, and use them for twists and curls on the sides of my head, and they look cool and work so well. I'll have to get some pics to show...
