How many times do you brush or comb your hair daily?

My hair is very fine and light, and prone to tangles. I brush my hair pretty frequently to prevent knots from forming throughout the day.

Around 3 times daily to avoid knotting. When I wake up, sometime in the middle, and before bed

Never when it's dry since I have curly hair. I do however brush it through when it's wet.

I brush at least once a day but I'm usually not inclined to thoroughly brush my hair. Since it's fine and tangly that adds up to 20-30 strokes a session every day.

How many strokes? I have no idea. I can say that it's well over 100. It takes about 1.5 hours to finish brushing because it's thick and very knotty. I usually do it when my kids are asleep because it's time consuming.

About once every 2-4 days, for about 6-12 strokes.

My hair is curly. I don't brush it except occasionally in the shower while I'm washing it, but not always - sometimes I just finger comb. It rarely needs help detangling.
