You know, I didn't even realize until reading your post, but my nails have improved noticeably and not because of diet or vitamins! I had a split nail for years that wouldn't heal. It was just a couple of millimeters but even trimming it off didn't help. I just noticed it's gone (the split, not the nail).

When your hair gets stuck in the wreath on the door on the way out and you ask a short-haired family member to help and you never think of the fact that they are probably going to just pick up a pair of scissors. I as a long hair would never think to just cut someone's hair without asking but shorthairs just don't see that as a big deal.
