Today I thought it would be nice to wear my hair in a ponytail to work... which I now realize was a big mistake.
I just had a co-worker come up to me and say this: "You should cut your hair short, it would look way sexier"

One, I didn't ask. Also two, why would I want to look "sexier" for someone who is old enough to be my dad? No thank you.
I really wish my work had an HR department, but alas... nope.

I've never gotten anything quite that rude, but I do get the nonsensical "have you EVER cut your hair?" from people who have literally known me my whole life and therefore knew me for the solid 2 decades when I had 'normal' length hair :P

Ah, this!! People are always surprised at how tiny my bun is, in comparison to how long my hair is. I wouldn't mind one of these bun 'extenders', to be honest :-D
