Question What hair styles can you not stand?

While a hair style can look great on one person and terrible on another, what hair styles do you just hate no matter whose head it is on?

Personally, I disliked the teased hair, bump-its, and dirty dreadlocks. I feel bad for the teased hair, bump-it volumed hair makes me think of an alien or that the head is deformed, and the dirty dreads make me want to wash my hair, but I like the clean dreads just fine if done right.

It is everyone's personal choice as to what they do with their hair and this is not a discussion on running people out of town for their hair fashion choices, just a place to express opinions.

Dreads.... I've never understood the attraction, I think it looks like worms crawling out of peoples heads.
And Shaved/Short hair... Beeing the hair******ist that I am, I just don't understand why people wants to make themself look less attractive.

I really don't get that whole big hair, "volume at the crown" thing. Especially when glued into a poofy helmet with loads of hairspray. That sort of style would add 20 years to a 19 y.o. What used to be known as a "Harrods helmet".

Then again the modern take on the beehive can look quite cute. But the thought of the backcombing makes me cringe.

I voted both dreadlock options because they kind of creep me out and I don't really see the appeal

Also voted brightly coloured/patterned - I'm not a fan of colours that don't occur naturally in anyone like blue, pink, green, purple etc

I voted for the brightly colored hair / patterns. Not that I mind brightly colored hair itself, sometimes I think it looks really cute, but I really don't like patterns. Who would need or want e.g. a purple star on the back of their heads?

Second in my list are dirty dreads, although I do like them clean.

I can "stand" any hairstyle on someone else - I really don't care what people do with their hair. Hopefully the wearer likes it - beyond that, I don't care at all.

I voted Mohawk, but really what I can't stand is the fauxhawk. It just looks to me like somebody missed a spot when they were cutting your hair!
I don't mind wild colors at all on hair, but I hate when people totally bleach the life out of their hair, so there's no shine or luster at all. Almost nobody has hair that pale over the age of six (and when they do, the color isn't so flat), and if you're going to have a color that's not in nature, while not go with a pretty aqua or violet?

I really could care less what other people do with their hair. I enjoy seeing what strange things people come up with, but rarely see anything I dislike.
    Change is the only constant.

I don't like overly voluminous, teased or bleached to death hair, especially with dark roots showing

I did not vote for the other because I did not know what other styles could be there. Pretty much every style I hate has been covered. I do not mind plaits if it looks good (like even thickness and good length). single or two plaits only.

Dreads---- they creep me out and make me wonder what people see in this kind of style.

The rest like bright colours they harm the hair. The volume needs a lot of upkeep. I do not like any other styles mentioned here.
