Oh, come on. Men aren't allowed to dye grey hair or keep long hair if we are balding? Sexist? Much?

Actually the one style I can't stand is shaved heads. Are you trying to say I would have to adopt a style I detest f I went bald?

Oh well, you don't have to like it, I suppose. That's not compulsory.

It's my understanding that these days, this is usually the result of an unfortunate medical condition, or an inability to take care of the hair!

As for the poll... I can't think of a reason to dislike any of it, to be honest. But I especially like braided pigtails, bright colors, bobs, pixies and shaved/faded hair!

I'm OK with most hairstyles on others. I do cringe a bit when I see people "ruining" their natural hair. I was a bit shocked when a beautiful girl I knew with natural blonde hair dyed it blue. I don't think you can get the dark dyes out of light blonde hair. But then it's not my decision so I didn't say anything. My mom is one of those old ladies who keeps getting a poodle perm about once a year before Christmas. Her natural hair is stick straight, soft and shiny, with very few greys. Every time she permed it, chunks of it would fall out and she would get upset, but she keeps getting pressured by her hairdresser because her hair is thin. Maybe if she stopped damaging it then her hair wouldn't be thin. I don't know. She actually wears a wig sometimes after a bad perm when she hates her hair too much. Maybe COVID can save her hair this year.

Other, in the fact that I really hate hairstyles made for curly hair on straight hair- it doesn't work and honestly can't be good for straight hair. I know others on here mentioned white dreads, and I totally agree, kinky or curly hair dreads are lovely, white "boho" people who try to copy is by making matted hair, not so much. I also dislike when white people go for intense cornrows- their hair and scalp isn't made for that! Other than that though, I love seeing what funky things people do to their hair!

High-maintenance (way too perfectly-done) hair as an everyday look
    2b waves, fine hair
    SL: pixie GL: shoulder-length layers
growing out color+damage as well as a short haircut

    I don't like bobs (but I loooove pixies, so I didn't vote).
My dislike refers mostly to all-same-length, symmetric, bobs. I just think they don't add nothing to a face.

Asymmetrical bobs, with a combination of short or shaved pieces, can be quite cute on the other hand.

I hope I don't offend anyone. It has to be Dreadlocks. It reminds me of hairballs.

Something I read a while ago that made me completely re-think dreadlocks is that they're dependant on hair textrue. When iw as younger I was told that you get dreads from not washing your hair, that they're basically just knotted mats. That's not exactly true. It can be if you have straight or wavy hair, but true dread locks are not just matted hair.
True dreadlocks are formed when the itty bitty curls in kinky/coily hair "lock" together.
I agree that I don't like how they look in the picture you show, but I think if they're done properly they're quite pretty, especially the smaller ones like this: https://cdn.vox-cdn.com/thumbor/_1ZP...1/dreads.0.jpg

I don't have that hairtype though, so it would never work for me.
