Default How long does it take your hair to air dry?

Just gave a look onto the time - my hair is still not completely dry and I washed over 1,5h ago.

So, how long does it take your hair to air dry? I'm a 1cFii and I'm now at 1h and 45 minutes. I'm just interested in the connection in hair type/length and time to dry.

Normally, I air dry until damp and then blow dry on low to finish up...OR I go to bed damp and it's dry in the morning so I am not quite sure how long it takes. When I did my hair typing photos from wet to dry took more than 3 hours...but I did not towel it like I usually do?

I will have to wash early and see

If I comb frequently and leave it out to dry, it takes about an hour and a half, sometimes up to two and a half depending on the air temp and humidity and such. If I don't comb, it can take more than 3 hours.

It takes my hair around 3 hours to look dry, slightly more to feel completely dry.

When I put it up it takes much longer(I wash my hair in the evening and it's still damp the other morning),but normally about 1,5 - 2 hours.I have fine hair.

My hair is 32.5" long and it takes almost 3 hours exactly to dry when I leave it down. When I put it up wet (which I usually do) it does not dry completely before I take it down 12 hours later.

That´s hard to say, depending on the circumstances it can be anything from 1 hour to 6 hours for me.
At a warm summer day, when drying my hair outside sitting in the sun makes it dry much faster than at a humid and cold autumn or freezing cold winter day... and I talk about loose hair to dry. If I would wear a bun or braid it would take ´forever´ to dry. Putting damp hair into my night braid results in still-damp hair in the morning.

Over 3 hours; I can wash before bed and have it still be a bit damp in the morning. I don't brush or comb damp, and I leave it loose after a bit of a squeeze with a towel right after washing.

It's so hard to say. On a dry, sunny, warm day it takes far less time than on a cool rainy day.
