About 2-3 hours![]()
I was honestly shocked this poll ended at the 3 hour mark lol. Mine takes about 6 hours for it to dry, but I have to bare in mind I'm passing up the "normal" hair lengths soon and my ponytail circumference is over 3", and the hair density is pretty intense too... I can't say how many times I've washed my hair, air-dried leaving it loose while I would sleep, and have woken up for school with it still not done.
Mine only takes an hour or so, up to an hour and a half, if I squeeze the moisture out and break it all up a bit, which seems suuuuper short compared to everybody else. Perhaps it's so fine that the individual hairs just can't retain much liquid for long! Who knows, haha
Are the differences here more about length or thickness, do you think? My fine thin hair dries in maybe half an hour - wrap it in a towel for a few minutes, and air dry the rest of the way. That's with some handling, of course. Maybe it would be longer if I could just not touch/comb/bother it?
Lately it's been taking 2- 3 hours for my hair to air dry... usually out of the shower by 7pm, dry-ish by 10pm (sometimes its not totally dry). I can get it to dry a little faster if I keep working my fingers through it. Of course in the dry months of winter I think it goes quite a bit faster.
Mine takes about 4 hours to dry and my hair is very thin and only at BSL ! When it was chin length it took only 1 hour...
