I tried their Cattail color on a whim when my pink started to fade, and it's not a true brown at all. It turned my hair straight up henna auburn and I hated every second of it until my hairdresser came back from maternity and put a 5.5 toner over it. I really don't like red hair on me. It made a great filler for the brown, though!

But then again I did leave the dye in for hours before rinsing it out, as the suggested time on product is the lowest time they recommend to leave it. And they recommend longer for a more long lasting and more vivid result.
I didn't keep mine in long just about 30 minutes so that could be why it didn't stick

Yikes that wasn't good I just had a look and all the brown shades by MP have red undertones
I should have checked the undertones first

Another 5 cm of bleached hair gone today! One more trim like that and it might be very hard to spot any bleach in my hair anymore.

Ooh I might have done a stupid thing by enabling my boyfriend to dye his hair “joker green”, as he has a pretty severe undercut he first thought it would be a waste of money, as he would have to throw away half. But nice girlfriend that I am I pointed out that there exist semi permanent dye without developer that you can save. So had to order dye for him.
And it’s not at all like I’m starting to feel that I want to dye my hair, but after a year without dying I feel it would be too much work. And hair deesser is out of my budget as they start around 1200sek. Luckily I can’t decide what color I would want either, something lighter I think. Maybe a light purple.🤔 Ohh well time will tell
