Ew, I find the idea of real hair extensions creepy too. I mean, if you wanted long nails you wouldn't get someone elses old ones glued on, would you?

That is such a gross thought. lol As a nail tech I would be disgusted if someone brought in someone else's old nails and asked for them to be glued on. I'd be like, "Um...no. Here, how about gels?"

My understanding was that virgin European hair has the highest value because it most closely resembles the texture of the average woman wanting the extensions.

I don't agree because dyed color hardly ever matches natural color. Extensions will have to be bleached even if there's a slight difference.
