80 cm as of the 1st of August. I was set back a bit by a trim in June and lost maybe 8 cm then. I like to measure in cm rather than inches because my hair grows, conveniently, a little over a cm a month, which is easier to track in cm than in partial inches. That's just my preference though.

100 cm!!! OMG, that's so relieving, I gained a whole 2cm after lat month's disappointing 0,5cm. This month I've been eating increased amount of proteins (I don't fancy protein food, except dairy, so I had to really be watchful of my diet to do it) and I swapped my bus-pass for a bicycle, which definitely improved my peripheral circulation (I'm one of the people with forever icy hands, feet and even nose). It worked wonders, it seems. I'll keep up with these (especially cycling, as it proved to be much more pleasant and - first of all - quicker way to get to work) and this month I'm gonna try vit B-group supplementation.

I can too clearly see the difference in hair quality where I started to take care of it properly, and I hate to wear braids because of that.

I think I started last year at 85 cm and grew to 97 cm (I lost all my length charts), so a little under average growth, which for me is 14 cm. I have trimmed three times now, the first was about an inch to give me a good start, and the subsequent ones 1 cm each, so I've cut off about 4,5 cm.

Ha, well, I did trim last year, but apparently didn't feel the need to monitor the growth.
This year has been slow going, but I did get some length. I'm at 103 cm/40,5 in right now. Not trimming, but not really growing much either.

    Trimmed 0.5 inch.
    Now it’s 40.75 inches.

Update: it’s 42 inches as of February 19th, 2018, 1.25 inches of growth in 7 weeks, not bad.

Just trimmed my hair on Friday, about .5" and currently at 23"! I'm hoping my 8 weeks trims will help with my damaged ends (growing out lifted hair)

30 inches measured, about 2 weeks ago! I trimmed my hair 2 months ago, I take vitamins daily! My hair used to be 37 inches (tailbone length) but it got damaged. Next goal is waist length!

I trimmed one inch myself only once a year. I am trying to grow it waist length again after chopping about a foot and a half 2 yrs ago. I think fairy tail ends look great.
