Re: Why rinse with Apple Cider Vinegar
I just started using ACV. I plan to use it every 2-3 weeks with a 1:3 mix of ACV to water.
After just a couple of uses, my hair is shinier and softer than it's been in probably years. Mind you, my hair has been bleached multiple times now so it has a fair amount of damage. I am amazed at how silky soft my hair is after the ACV rinse. It also got rid of all the dents and waves in my hair and it's pretty much stick straight (not a bad thing at all for me since this is how may hair is when it's virgin, undamaged, untreated hair).
I think it's all worth a try (multiple tries to find the right mix). Just like plenty of people have said before, everyone's hair responds in different ways.

Re: Why rinse with Apple Cider Vinegar
I use acv twice a month and my hair really likes it, always ends up soft and shiny. I also find my scalp doesn't get as greasy as quickly.
