Oh I know. I actually find it calming washing the mud out. Weird I know!
how often do you guys wash your hair? when I used regular sulfate shampoo I washed every 6-7 days with one or two COwashes in between. But now that I switched to indian herbs my hair can't go that long, which doesn't bother me at all since indian herbs are more beneficial that damaging unlike drugstore shampoos, which is why I tried to wash as little as possible with a sulfate shampoo. Besides, I am really having a good time playing around with the herbs figuring out what my hair likes the most. So, how often do you wash?

I am back on using Indian herbs!
I have been using neem, amla and brihangarai powders for my scalp and length. Had some reoccurring issues with dandruff, and lately I have been shedding a bit more than usual. So I made an oil with these, it helped, but then I thought that I could get double the benefit by also applying the herbs directly.
I forgot how amazing these are!
Since I stopped using henna, I have started to crave something conditioning for my hair that would not color it as much. These really do the trick! My scalp is happy, and my hair has that henna:ish shine and softness to it.
It is a bit of a hassle, bit I am in hair heaven now
I really need to post a pic at some point.
