Got the second batch of flexis! Can't wait to try them on tomorrow.

Hey guys, I am thinking about buying my first flexi and would need a bit of your advice.
Since I would mostly wear the flexi to hold my whole hair up (so no halfups or ponies, but a bun stile like eresh ish wearing in the pictures above), I was wondering if they are more secure then just hairsticks?
Also if I put my hair in a bun with a stick it is approximately 10 to 11cm (arround 4 inch) across, does this mean that a medium (3 3/4 inch) or a large (4 1/4 inch) flexi would be enough?

I think they are more secure than sticks, less slippery/loosening bun over time.
With sticks I sometimes have to redo the bun halfway during the day.
I do add 2 amish pins in my bun with a flexi. One on each side.
Also less pull and less heavy on my head than for instance acrylic sticks.
But I have a small head LOL.

Size, it depends, a hairstick will stick out on both sides of the bun. So you will have to measure the part of the stick that is inside your bun.
Maybe get a FlipFlexi (it has variable size use) as a first flexi?

oh my god Stray_mind, those flexis are all stunning! I specially like the angelfish one but I can't choose a favourite and they all suit your hair so nicely!

I might be mistaken... but I think I've seen some kind of "redesigned" information about this clip. Like "it's back, a refreshed design".
