I love all dogs with long beaks, esp greyhounds and borzois... but any animal related stuff is likely to be fancy to me

(I'm forever waiting for a rat/mouse clip lol, already told them ^^)

Thanks Crystawni sooo much for the info on leathers. I know I use an xl and my hair isn't even long yet but I think I've only had the new ones so no older ones to compare but the xl metals are too big unless my hair is in full blown wurly mode. diff sises for diff hair days for me, hahaha.

Question...on all my order emails they mention "Value of additional points applied" and "Your redeemed points may have been...."
I was wondering, what are redeemable points, how do you get them and what are they for?
I asked my stylist, she didn't know.
I asked customer service, they didn't know and said they could not see it on my orders (forwarded them ordermails).
So I sent a screenshot. They said they don't know and that they forward it to Techsupport....
I haven't heard back since.
Maybe someone here knows??
