I can’t think of any before, either. I also recall a day-after-Christmas sale last year.

    Thanks, you two.

I guess I won't be ordering anything just yet. I'll try to wait until Black Friday.

Is the xxl flexi size a lot bigger compared to xl? I need a considerably larger flexi, the xxl clips are very expensive so I'm not sure if I want to buy one, what if it's still too small

I can do some buns with xl clips but for example a disc bun is impossible, I can't even close the flexi, it's way too short and small

Found it by chance, it was in the 'Make your own' thread (I was looking for something else at the time, which I also found so yay):

BUT I found something REALLY interesting in the patent, if you're as much of a nerd as I am, and I KNOW some of you are. Have a look at the diagrams:

    Notice something about the pin?

As for the next sale, I'll have to see. They might be abolishing the low value import VAT threshold here so literally everything to enter the country will incur fees unless the seller registers with HMRC I'll either have to place a large order to justify it, or not at all. I don't wear my flexis as often nowadays because they're not good for laying down resting, and I can't see my health situation changing much any time soon. But if they have great deals on ones I've been wanting ... I dunno

I completely missed your question Panthera - as eresh shows, it really is a big jump. I find it utterly bizarre that all the sizes below are about half an inch apart in terms of the overall length of the 8, then there's at least an inch different between XL and XXL, almost an inch and a half between some of my XLs and my mega

Oh wow that should hold my disc bun. I hope they have a good sale on black friday so I could get a flexi or two. Maybe I can finally get the one with a large bow or the unicorn one.

Anyone else noticed something odd between the XL / XXL clips for the FOTM?

5 coloured beads on each quarter on the XXL, 6 beads each quarter on the XL! Otherwise I rather liked it.

(I also can't quite believe the price, but that's a separate issue.)
