Hi all!

I'm currently at APL

and aiming for BSL next, then MBL, and hopefully WL (terminally)

I'll get my braces off in two years so I'm using those two years to finally grow my hair a little. My hair started shedding and thinning out like crazy in mid-2023-ish so I'm trying to get all that length and density I lost back

December 2024 is when I started taking proper care of my hair. I cut off heat after 6 years of using it, started retaining my length via protective styles and set up a routine- since then my hair has never been healthier (it actually grew a bit in January and February which I couldn't believe), so I'm very excited to continue and see where this all gets me next. If you all have any tips and tricks you'd like to share I'd love to hear them! TIA!!!

Welcome in! You’re young, so you should have no problem regaining that lost density. This is one of my favorite threads to look back on to see how the other longhairs are reaching those lengths, and it’s filled with tips and tricks. Enjoy the journey!
