    Hello Ladies,
    Thanks for adding me to the community. I am a 60 year old Christian - married for almost 30 years and have 2 grown children. I have been growing my hair long for several years and it is about hip length. I look forward to reading all of the posts and see what everyone has been doing for their hair. I am currently trying to come up with a no rinse, spray cleanser with filtered water and natural ingredients for my oily hair. I have very hard water and it is not nice to my hair. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Howdy, good to meet you! One side of my family is from the Ozarks--I spent most of my summers there as a kid and still love visiting : )
